What you can ask for
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we share it with.
- Correction: fix or complete data that is wrong or missing.
- Deletion: erase your personal data.
- Withdraw consent: stop us processing your data, for example the photo you were about to submit.
- Nominate: name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Tell us the email you used to pay and add your order reference if you have one, so we can match the request to you. We may ask one question to confirm it is you. Never send us your card details or password.
- We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
- We delete within 30 days and tell you when it is done, and what, if anything, we had to keep and why.
What deletion covers
- Photo, answers and report: we do not store these. They are processed in memory when your report is built and are not saved by us, so there is nothing on our side to delete. We cannot retrieve your report for you either. DeepInfra, our AI provider, handles requests under its own policy; see our privacy policy.
- Your email address: we do not store it. The emailed PDF sits in your own inbox, which only you can delete.
- Payment and order records: the law requires us and Razorpay to keep these for tax and accounting. We will keep only what is needed and delete the rest. Razorpay holds your payment details; for those you can also write to Razorpay directly.
Withdrawing consent
Email the same address with the subject “Withdraw consent”. It takes effect from then on and does not undo processing already done. If you withdraw consent for your photo before submitting it, simply do not submit it, as we cannot make a report without one.
